Danielle, Office Manager
Originally from Flushing, Danielle has well over a decade of experience in the world of dentistry. She studied at Mott Community College and started as a dental assistant when she entered the field. After some time, she learned the administrative role as well and eventually transitioned from a treatment coordinator to an assistant manager and then finally to an office manager. She loves helping people love their smiles again. At home, Danielle lives with her husband, their two children, and their chocolate labrador named Nola. She enjoys shopping, going to football and baseball games, and watching her children play sports. She’s also a huge Harry Potter fan!
Morgan, Dental Hygienist, RDH
Morgan studied dental hygiene at Mott Community College. As a dedicated member of our team, he loves seeing the positive difference he can make in people’s oral health! At home, he has a wonderful wife Alex, a precious daughter named Haidyn, and two dogs named Arya and Myra. His favorite hobbies include fishing and watching television with the family. He also LOVES bowling – in fact, he’s bowled two 300 games in his life!
Katrina, Treatment Coordinator
A Flint native, Katrina has been in the dental field for close to a decade. She studied at Mott Community College and earned years of experience as a treatment coordinator, receptionist, accountant, and office overseer. Her favorite part of her job is helping people gain their confidence back with their smile in an affordable way. Aside from dentistry, Katrina lives with her partner, her two children, and their dog named Diesel. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys shopping, doing word searches, being an entrepreneur, and taking family trips. She also loves writing poetry and singing!
Madison, Front Desk Representative
Madison is a welcoming and dedicated member of the Healthy Smiles Dental Care of Flint team. With 4–5 years of experience in the dental field, she brings a strong clinical background and a passion for helping patients. Since joining the practice in June 2025, Madison has become known for her warm demeanor and the strong connections she builds with both her team and the older patients she enjoys interacting with most.
A graduate of Delta College, Madison holds an x-ray certification and has hands-on experience in multiple areas of dentistry—including assisting dentists, working as a hygiene assistant, and fabricating dentures, partials, flippers, and models.
Originally from Reese, Michigan, Madison comes from a close-knit family and is especially excited to welcome a new niece or nephew this December. Outside of work, she loves volunteering at the Genesee Animal Shelter and spending time with her two cats.
Caitlin, Lead Dental Assistant
Caitlin Quiggin is the Lead Dental Assistant at our Flint office, bringing over 22 years of experience in the dental field. She joined our team in March and is passionate about patient care—whether she’s easing dental anxiety, relieving pain, or helping patients achieve healthier smiles. Caitlin is office-trained and plans to pursue her CDA and RDA certifications soon. Originally from Swartz Creek, she enjoys cheering on the University of Michigan, attending Tigers and Michigan football games, golfing, kayaking, and vacationing in Glen Arbor.
